Customer service is excellent. I placed an order and received something completely different from what I expected. It’s a cherry red top, according to the description. It had more of a red-orange color, which was really unappealing. The neckline was supposed to be asymmetrical, which looked lovely in the photo. It looked sloppy and stretched out when I tried it on. Not to mention the paper-thinness of the cloth. To be honest, the top was simply unattractive. I contacted customer service and spoke with a gentleman who was quite helpful and promptly refunded my money.

I ordered 2 dresses on April 15,2022. Rec’d on April 30th as the said it should arrive. They were well made. One just didn’t look good on me I thought. The other was better but was really long, floor length in fact. Ad showed midway between knee and ankle. I’ve decided to return both. Cannot find any info on how or where to send them.
